By accessing our website or using our cab and safari booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Booking requests are processed during business hours (5:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation call or message from us.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are indicative and may vary based on distance, season, vehicle type, and duration.
- Final pricing will be communicated and confirmed before the trip begins.
- Payment can be made via cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), or bank transfer.
- A advance payment may be required for safari ticket bookings and long-distance trips.
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or route changes.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cab Bookings: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
- Safari Bookings: Cancellation of safari tickets is subject to Ranthambore Forest Department policies. Typically, cancellations made 7+ days before the safari date are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
- No-Show: If the customer does not appear at the pickup location at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
- Be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
- Comply with all Forest Department rules during safaris.
- Inform us of any changes to your travel plans as soon as possible.
6. Our Responsibilities
- Provide a well-maintained, clean, and AC vehicle as booked.
- Assign a trained, licensed, and police-verified driver.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop as per the confirmed schedule.
- Provide assistance with safari ticket booking and related information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ranthambore Cab Service shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or force majeure events.
- Loss or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
- Wildlife sightings or safari outcomes — these are subject to natural factors beyond our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Safari Bookings
- Safari tickets are booked through the official Ranthambore Forest Department portal.
- We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for Forest Department policy changes, cancellations, or refund decisions.
- Customers must carry valid government-issued photo ID for safari entry.
- Foreign nationals may require additional documentation as per Forest Department rules.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Ranthambore Cab Service and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
